Double Stitch — Launch Campaign.

We took a bedding brand to the streets of Dallas and let strangers do the selling. Street activations, short-form video, and a blind sheet test that actually worked.

The Challenge

(01)

A new bedding brand with no audience and no proof — just a product worth believing in.

Double Stitch launched with a simple promise: quality sleep at an accessible price point. But in a saturated market where everyone claims the same thing, saying it isn’t enough. They needed people to feel the difference — literally. Our job was to turn a product truth into content that could stop a scroll and start a conversation.

The Approach

(02)

We skipped the studio and went straight to the streets.

We built a “Billy on the Street”-style activation in Dallas — real people, real reactions, no script. Strangers were asked to feel two sets of sheets blindly and pick their favorite. The catch: one was Double Stitch. The format was designed for TikTok from the start: fast cuts, improv energy, and genuine moments that no brand ad could fake. We rolled it out across August and September, testing hooks and formats as we went.

The Result

(03)

Real people sold the product better than any ad could.

The blind test format did exactly what it was supposed to — it let the product win on its own. Strangers consistently chose Double Stitch without knowing the brand, and those unscripted reactions became the campaign. Short-form content that felt native to TikTok, built on a real product truth, and executed without a studio or a script.
