Homecare Homebase (HCHB) is one of the most widely adopted software platforms in home-based care, supporting a significant share of agencies across the United States. As a category leader, HCHB needed a creative partner that could match the scale and sophistication of their business — without the overhead and slow timelines of a traditional agency.

The Challenge

Despite being a market leader in technology, HCHB's brand presence was not keeping pace with its product. Three core issues were holding them back.
Their creative output couldn't scale. The volume of campaigns, events, product launches, and sales enablement materials had outgrown their internal capacity. Deliverables were bottlenecked, and the team was stretched thin across too many priorities.
Their brand lacked consistency. With assets being produced across multiple teams and vendors, the visual identity and messaging varied significantly from one touchpoint to the next. Paid ads looked different from event materials, which looked different from product marketing decks.
